As many other cargo and parcel companies (DHL, Parcelforce, DPD etc.) we cover up to £50 per lost parcel(it can be a box, luggage bag etc). We don't offer insurance for now.

If you have chosen to package your parcel yourself then you have to make sure that you will apply following criteria
1. Your parcel must be sealed properly with tape, cling film or boxed and taped. I must be stable and should not get ripped while transportation.
2. If you parcel is fragile item and you have chosen to pack it your self then it must be covered with bubble wrap and placed in to the crafted or wooden box. Fragile tape mast be applied, TezParcel does not take responsibility of broken item.
3. Each of your parcel must be covered and labelled with your unique number which shown on your declaration form

Yes we do offer safe packaging which keeps your fragile item safe and secure. Extra cost will be applied for special packaging of your fragile goods. you can find the TezParcel fees by clicking here

We don't have any limit on weight for Tashkent deliveries. For other regions of Uzbekistan Minimum weight required is 3kg and no maximum.

You should receive your tracking number after you have submitted your CN23 declaration form. Copy or make a note of your tracking number and paste it in to track my parcel section.

We do shipment every week on tuesday. last day of registering your parcel is on monday before 5PM. last day of collection is on sunday before 00:00

Yes you can send any type of document (exception is religion related or any documents which has restricted by The UK and Uzbekistan government. We offer postage twice a week. on Tuesday and Friday flights

We don't offer cargo from Uzbeksitan to the UK for now.
