Parcels are sent to Tashkent as they arrive at the warehouse on the next flight.There is no way to postpone in the USA.If you want to combine all your orders. We can do this in the Tashkent office.To do this, you will need to send us the JFK number of the parcel after you fill out the declaration.

If the total amount of your order does not exceed $200, we charge a fixed fee of $10. Once your parcel arrives at our warehouse and has been processed, it will appear in your personal account. A box number will then be assigned to your parcel, and you will receive a notification asking you to complete the customs declaration on the website.Please make sure to complete the declaration. Providing the declaration correctly and on time will allow us to process your parcel promptly and send it to Uzbekistan.

Once your parcel arrives at our warehouse and is processed by our staff, you will receive a notification in your personal account with the tracking number and a photo of the parcel. You can also track its status and progress step by step from your account.

Shipments from the USA to Uzbekistan are dispatched twice a week — on Mondays and Fridays.To be shipped on the Monday flight, the parcel must arrive at our warehouse and be fully processed by 12:00 PM on Saturday.For the Friday flight, the parcel must arrive at our warehouse and be fully processed by 12:00 PM on Wednesday.The estimated delivery time after dispatch is 5–7 days. Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on customs clearance and further delivery within Uzbekistan.If a parcel arrives at the warehouse or is fully processed after the specified deadline, it will be moved to the next available flight.

You can apply from any stateOnline delivery directly to our warehouse in the USA!If, for example, your parcel is assembled, you can send it through local postal courierservices to us in NY, then we will forward it to Uzbekistan!We can also provide you with a paid label from FedEx with a discount for shipment to ourwarehouse in the USA, for this you must provide us with information (size in inches and weight in pounds)and the full address with full name and after we send the label you need to print it and paste it onthe box and leave it at the nearest FedEx point.After the parcel is delivered to our warehouse in the USA, we will issue an invoice for delivery to ourwarehouse in NY and for delivery of the parcel itself to Uzbekistan!

The minimum weight of a parcel for free delivery in Tashkent is 0.5 kg. (that is, if your parcel is less than 0.5 kg, the weight is rounded up to 0.5 kg)The minimum weight by region for free delivery is 3 kg (but if your parcel is less than three kg, then we can send it to you, but delivery by region will cost $ 4 +cargo)
